Description

This influence limits highest damage from monster attacks each round. Number of monsters affected is determined by this influences' counter. Specified number of monsters can deal no more damage than specified in Parameters. Influence affects monsters who would deal the highest amount of damage with their attacks.

Owner only
Whether influence should consider only monsters who would attack the owner. AOE attacks count.
