Description

Allows characters to keep their block between turns. Decreases its counter at the start of the player's turn. When the counter reaches zero, this influence is removed.

Affect all characters
If true, the influence affects all characters, not just the character who owns this influence.
Permanent
If true, the influence is not removed when the counter reaches zero.
